Dear Customer,

Following the new provisions of the Italian authorities of 11th March regarding the containment of the spread of COVID-19, Marsilli wishes to inform that the new rules do not prevent the carrying out of working activities within its factories.

In fact, the staff are authorized to go to their workplace and goods can travel regularly throughout the Italian territory.

Marsilli therefore continues its production activity in compliance with the contracts signed.

Personnel from the “red zone” have been authorized by the authorities to return to work.

In the company, strict measures continue to be in force for the containment of the spreading of the virus; among the many we mention:

• the obligation to wear a mask
• measuring the temperature twice a day
• various initiatives to reorganize the spaces to guarantee the safety distance
• where possible, Smart Working mode has been activated, where our staff can carry-on working from home.

Although Marsilli is committed to containing the spread of the virus, it continues to guarantee full efficiency and to service it’s market.

The formulation of offers, commercial and co-design activities, project reviews, web meetings to support customer needs, are guaranteed through the use of the most modern multimedia communication technologies.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE ACTIVITIES

We are sorry to inform you that due to further restrictions announced by the Italian authorities and the closure of the borders of some countries, we are forced to suspend interventions at our customers’ factories.

However, we remind you that we are available to assist you remotely.
